By placing an order with Swimwear Factory, you agree to these legal terms. All payments are processed securely. Prices are in ZAR.
2. REFUND AND RETURN POLICY
Due to strict health and hygiene regulations in South Africa, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on swimwear. All sales are final. Customers are solely responsible for selecting the correct size using our provided guides.
3. DEFECTIVE ITEMS AND EXCHANGES
Exchanges are only permitted if an item is confirmed defective upon delivery. You must report any manufacturing faults to sales@swimwearfactory.online within 24 hours of receipt. The item must be unused with all tags and hygiene liners intact.
4. SHIPPING AND LIABILITY
We ship nationwide via third-party couriers. Swimwear Factory is not liable for delays or losses beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the goods.
5. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
